the classes are awesome. great instructor's that care about your well being. lots of different exercises to keep the classes fresh and give you the workout your looking for.

Awesome place to be a part of. Everyone is very friendly and the trainers/ instructors are extremely knowledgeable and fun to be around. It's a gym that you look forward to going to.
