If you want the best deep tissue massage then book with Taylor he is amazing ! He knows where all the knots are. He makes it a lot better in just one treatment for me. Booking online is easy. Parking is easy with lots of spots available each time I go. He gets booked up quickly but you can be on a cancellation list and they can email you saying an appointment has opened, it's first come, first serve. Having Taylor as my massage therapist has made a world of difference. Thanks Taylor !!!
Claira is unbelievable!
Ive been to many OMP’s & she is without a doubt one of the best. She addressed both acute & chronic issues during treatment, she remembered everything on my intake form & took it all into consideration!
She is very professional, she provides a clean & safe environment for her patients. She made the process seamless from the minute I was in contact with her. Her gentle approach to treatment made it easy to be comfortable with her, she also made sure I was informed throughout the treatment & ensured communication was strong as well.

Claira has seen me for a variety in issues but most notable was my knee where the doc said surgery was the only solution.. I saw Chiro RMT and physio and Claira is the one that helped the most! I went from daily pain to intermittent delaying surgery! Couldn’t recommend her enough!
