Went to get my Mohawk cut after not having a cut during the winter. Not only was everyone super kind but Courtney was absolutely amazing. Detailed everything really well before actually going into the cut. Checked in multiple times. Fantastic haircut!!! And they were all incredibly kind to my six year old and made it a fun time for her as well. Which is not necessary but was completely amazing!!!
Our 8 1/2 year old had been asking to cut her hair short for months. After her last dance competition of the season, it was time! We arrived at Element Hair completely frazzled from a busy day, hoping they could squeeze her in. Stephanie welcomed us right away and made us feel right at home. She took the time to find out exactly what my daughter wanted, and gave her the perfect haircut. I was so impressed with how friendly and amazing Stephanie was with her. It was a great experience. :)
I had an amazing experience at Element Hair getting hair extensions done by Courtney. She was incredibly thoughtful and gentle throughout the entire process. Courtney took the time to carefully match the extensions to my natural hair color and styled everything so beautifully that it all blended in seamlessly. Her attention to detail and calm, kind demeanor made the appointment a real pleasure.
