We recently worked with Adrian Rosu for both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of a new build—and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Adrian and the team were outstanding throughout the entire process.
Because our new home was a new build, there were additional layers of due diligence required, especially around the builder’s conditions in the agreement of purchase and sale.
