Had a very sub-par experience with this brokerage. This was the brokerage recommended to us by our property management company to sell our unit. Communication with Lee was extremely slow and poor. I would have to prompt for updates and there was zero communication when the listing expired. I will not be using this brokerage again in the future.

Erick is the most unprofessional realtor I have ever seen. He has been terrible to deal with. Very micro aggressive. He constantly Lies to tenants constantly. Their online booking system is garbage and is all over the place. It’s Not accurate. There are also Multiple calls and texts from random Bots phone numbers. Sometimes it was even for wrong properties. Being an Army veteran with PTSD, I made multiple requests asking for the to please give 48 hours, so that way I won’t get trigged in my own home. Eric couldn’t even have the decency to support and work with a veteran. I haven’t felt safe in my own home.. ever since Erick was in the picture.... read full review

Absolutely horrible experience. Had my home listed with Jasmin and Lee for over 4 months being strung along with "offers" that constantly fell through. Had to file a complaint with RECO which they found him guilty. Switched realtors and my home was sold in 1 day.Edit: Reco response: OUTCOMEAfter the collection and review of the information and documents relevant to the complaint, there is sufficient corroborating evidence available to support the allegations. Given thecircumstances of the complaint matter, the respondent appears to have not fully met the standard of conduct expected of them.Accordingly, a Warning is being issued to the respondent that any future... read full review
