I bought this new amazing BBQ and ran into BBQ Naz at the Clarington Home Hardware Store. Naz helped me pick out just a few accessories. He was so knowledgeable and really helped me out with his expertise. So great to buy from a Canadian Company. I am looking forward to some great BBQ’s for many year’s.

Great products are only Great... when there's Great People standing behind them! Buying a grille from Broil King is a great decision, I've bought 2 in 25 years, but having someone in that company like Sabrina Nandu makes you feel like your purchase was the best investment you've made in years!
I had purchased a high end Baron. After 7 years of steaks and chicken, there was a rust issue in the cook box. I first called and spoke with customer support who informed me that these grills have a 15 year warranty!! WOW! Initially, I addressed my problem via the Internet (e-mail). It's true that requests, procedures and exchanges via Internet are not efficient. However, I sent a letter to the head office to express my problem, which was resolved and the result exceeded my expectations. I would like to thank Sabrina and Nastasija
