We had a great experience overall on our cork flooring and I definitely recommend using them. The customer service was very minimal but friendly in-store, Matt was patiently professional and friendly (although we never actually met him in person!), the guys that delivered the flooring were on-time and efficient, and the installers were punctual, professional, and created an absolute minimum disruption in our household as they toiled - and mostly they even cleaned-up after themselves.. (The guy who did our stairs seemed quite attentive to detail to get them "right".
