I went there to buy a ps5 yesterday and the employees that helped me were super nice and informative. I also appreciated how they assisted/supported the trainee who was behind the cash checking me out. They all had good attitudes and this was near closing time. Thank you!
Store location order online was quick and convienent. As I write this - we are under a snow storm week. I was listed as payer and pick up person but I can't get to store (we live over an hour from the closest Best Buy location). Used the online support via Contact Us. Was told nothing I could do and go pick up. Google says I could cancel my order and re-order it picked up with someone else but I have 2 items on hold and only 1 available in store to start a new order.
