This BDO office are unprofessional.Their staff treat you only as a transaction and not as a person.As well, they are disorganized.Here are some examples.1) They did not submit my 2021 income tax return on time because they transferred my return to different staff members who never confirmed to me that they are managing my file. Gave them a 1 star review because it is 2018 and I'm still dealing with them for a 2016 tax refund that bdo claims I do not owe any more taxes on but the CRA has reassessed my account and keeps informing me that I owe nearly $4k. BDO has been completely unprofessional the entire time and has been a complete nightmare to deal with.

We went here to get information on getting our taxes done and the receptionists looked like we were asking them physics questions. We got no info whatsoever. We told them that we were new clients and they had no idea what to do. There were no smiles, no nice greetings nothing. The girl we dealt with didn’t seem to explain things correctly but at least she was nice! Horrible experience and we’ve dealt with a BDO before in another town and they were awesome! For a new location, this place literally sucks! Also, for $250 to do a basic tax return is lidarcis!
