Hired Jamie to take a look at our house. No plan to move , but wanted to see if there were any surprises left by the previous owners. It was well worth the money , he allieviated our fear of shortcuts by previous owners on a basement Reno. He also showed us a dangerous electrical situation , which we are promptly getting fixed by a professional electrician. We had no idea till he pointed it out. The reports have nice instructions and pictures to help guide us on potential issues down the line. He even noticed I ran low on salt in the water softener :)
We had a home inspection done with Rod and he did an excellent job for us. He did a very thorough job from roof to basement and was very professional with his attention to details.
