My wife and I recently purchased a home in Kitchener and we had Rod from Baseline do our pre-purchase inspection (and we are VERY glad that we did). Rod was exceptional. Not only is Rod very thorough when it comes to an inspector, he is also very personable and offers lots of wisdom in the general maintenance of becoming a home owner. Rod did a thorough inspection of the property we are purchasing. He was friendly, patient and took his time in answering all our questions and concerns. 31 one detailed report with pictures was prepared in a timely fashion. I would highly recommended his services.
