Arvanitis and Associates Dentistry by Design

Great dentistry practice. Been a client for many years. Have since moved away from KW but still make the drive every 9 months for scheduled appt. Always feel I'm provided exceptional care from reception, dental assistants/hygienists and dentists.

They make you feel so comfortable. They're all so gentle and caring. They explain everything that they're doing. I've been a patient for many, many years and I can't say enough good things about them.

I'd like to add that if some pathetic loser from another dental office is pretending to be a patient at this office and leaving nasty reviews and trolling this office, just remember, karma works in funny ways.

Staff was fantastic. I think the first person (who completed the "paperwork" aspect) was named Chantal. She was friendly and cheerful and took time to really listen and addressed all my questions in terms I understood. She didn't make me feel rushed at all, but also kept the process moving smoothly. However, I was told they would make an impression of my teeth before doing any work, and they absolutely did not.

The very modern-looking clinic was easy to find, easy to access, with lots of parking.

The clinic called me the following day to see how I was doing, which was a nice gesture.
