Erin offers support and assistance. The clinic has a good reputation for providing the best possible treatment. However, some staff members may need to improve their communication skills and manners.
Dr. Ridha has been our family doctor for eight years, and we couldn't be happier with his attentive and professional care. He's a great listener, always taking the time to understand our concerns and provide the best possible treatment. And Erin is just as excellent, offering her support and assistance whenever we need it. We highly recommend Rockhaven Clinic and Pharmacy to anyone needing exceptional healthcare.
The Doctor is amazing.But his staff Erin is not polite.The way she approach the patient is not friendly manners.The answering machine messages are too fast and not clear.Should have put someone else to keep the messages in the answering machine.
