Hi. We purchased our current home in Wasaga Beach back in 2018 built by JDC.( Built 2005) We reached out to JDC about 3 or 4 times to come look at our garage floor which has sunk in the middle by 4 inches. We just wanted their input and maybe some kind of assistance in fixing it. After 4 years we decided to get it dug out and removed. The void under the floor was 12 inches , no sign of gravel and no rebar . The floor was laid to fail. Here are the pics included.Service: Custom home design
