Terry Hirlehey, was FANTASTIC I had a issue last year and the lady that prepared my taxes messed them up, I owed $$$. I went to H&R in Wasaga Beach Terry was amazing I can't say enough she went above and beyond making calls and sorting it all out for me!! Thank you for EVERYTHING you did I can't tell you how much I appreciate it!!

When I walked in yesterday they had been booking into the next week but was able to fit me in thank goodness. I had the pleasure to have Terry doing my return who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in what to get to reduce my bracket and help me actually get a return.
To the animal who came in and started belittling her and berating her in front of others .Grow up. If you don't like how you have to wait for a call then go somewhere else. She DIDNT deserve to be treated like that nor did anyone else in this office deserve to hear your bs because your frustrated.
