Pat built our home in 2010. We couldn’t be more pleased with our house. We have had many compliments from family and friends. When we decided to expand our rear deck, the town engineering inspector asked me who my builder was. When I told him that it was Pat, he said “you couldn’t get any better”. I think that says it all!!
My wife and sister-in-law inherited an old wood frame beachfront cottage with a crumbling foundation. We decided to tear down and rebuild. The only problems we had were dealing with the Conservation Authority to approve the building plans (submitted Nov 2022, approved Oct 2023). As soon as this was done, Pat moved quickly to start the project and get the foundation poured and framing and roof done to contain the building before the winter, allowing interior work to continue in the winter and we got occupancy by July.
