Our experience with Anton was nothing short of incredible. Within minutes of submitting my inspection request online, he contacted me to discuss an opening in his schedule that fit my tight timeline. Super nice guy, great to work with. Helped us with our first home purchase. The report was so detailed and he gave great photos. He climbed and crawled into every difficult spot in the home. I would highly recommend this inspector for any purchase of any home!
Anton did a home inspection for us and I was extremely impressed with the whole process. He is punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, and knows the finer details when looking at houses from different eras. I was amazed at the detailed report that he generated upon exiting the house, which was only a "preview", yet contained detail text and diagrams. The final report that came later was even more detailed and helped significantly in pointing out priorities, timelines, and recommendations for fixing some of the things he found.
