We had Stefano preform our home inspection for the purchase of our first home. I am so grateful for his professional services, not only was he early for the appointment he actually used that time to have his drone set up to check on the roof even before we could get inside the house! He is thorough & detailed and the report that we received immediately afterwards was reassuring that we've made the right choice. He was also kind enough to give us tips that as a first time home buyer we wouldn't have thought to ask.

Stefano is phenomenal during his home inspection. He was extremely thorough and educated us about numerous things we didn't know much about in a simple way that we were able to understand. He gave us estimates of costs and we felt comfortable to resolve the minor things on our own later. He found things I'd never have even thought to look for and was very pleasant. The report was available same day with great detail! It include diagrams and recommendations.
