Stefano was punctual, friendly, professional, and very well prepared. He was extremely thorough and took his time with the inspection, keeping us updated on his findings while completing the inspection report in real time. We were truly impressed by his attention to detail and felt a great sense of relief after reviewing his findings. The inspection was done on a home in East Caledon, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’d rate him 10/10 and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable home inspector.

We had Stefano preform our home inspection for the purchase of our first home. I am so grateful for his professional services, not only was he early for the appointment he actually used that time to have his drone set up to check on the roof even before we could get inside the house! He is thorough & detailed and the report that we received immediately afterwards was reassuring that we've made the right choice. He was also kind enough to give us tips that as a first time home buyer we wouldn't have thought to ask.
