First class service. Ordered new heat pump and it was installed flawlessly 7 days later. Umesh the service technician was informative, professional, and friendly. Thanks to Kajal too. Very happy with Sychem.

I didn't know if it was the heat pump or the thermostat. The Building Manager gave me the Sychem Inc. number. I left a voicemail late Friday and messages online. I had a Sychem technician in on Monday who assessed the situation and replaced the thermostat--and now I have heat! What a truly wonderful feeling!
