If I can give this place 20 stars I would I cannot say enough wonderful things about Johnny, the new owner and an absolutely incredible groomer! My dog Blanco can be a little nervous with strangers, but Johnny’s gentle, patient, and caring approach put him completely at ease. He treats every dog like his own — with love, respect, and such careful attention to detail. Blanco has never looked better! Johnny is not only talented at his craft, but he’s also one of the kindest, most trustworthy, and honest people you will ever meet. My dog got sprayed by a skunk on Friday morning, it was so bad, he turned yellow all over and the smell was horrible! I tried to call so many places but no one wanted to take in my dog in such a short notice and some even didn’t wanted to take him because they didn’t want to deal with the skunk scent.. I called Lobos pet palace, I spoke to reception, they had no room but after I explained what happened they tried their best to help and finally they got me a spot. I dropped off my dog they welcomed us so nice and warm! They did their best of the best! When I picked up my dog he was sooo clean, smelled 90 percent free of skunk smell! As soon as the groomer saw my dog trembling, he greeted him with kisses and my pup became calm and composed pup. I'm very impressed, we will definitely be bringing our babies back. I recommend!
