An absolutely amazing company to work with. My aunt was ill, with no family locally. From my first call to Sr Helpers, it felt like a weight was lifted. They handled the situation far beyond expectations. Their caregivers have a passion for what they do, were companions to my aunt vs just doing their jobs. My aunt looked forward to seeing them and spending time with them each day. A 10/10 experience from the interactions with their office employees through to the wonderful caregivers that took care of my aunt. I couldn't be happier.
Senior Helpers and all of their employees from their head office to their front like workers, without a doubt go above and beyond. High quality caregivers and amazing support when needed. ALWAYS. Senior Helpers has been providing care for my mom for sometime now. The quality of life they have brought back to my moms life, especially during these times have been absolutely wonderful. We went to Senior Helpers and found the staff patient, understanding and helpful. Mikaela was first rate. They found us a helper, Sally, who was kind and good-natured. She learned quickly on the job and proved a great support for the family. I would recommend Senior Helpers and would call on them again.
