I would give 5 stars because my hair colourist is amazing (Negin), but subtracted one star because the hair wash stations are AWFUL. I love getting my hair washed normally but here I dread it. My neck and head get sore then numb and it’s super uncomfortable. I’ve read about how this can even be dangerous (stroke from after salon washes). I’ll change this to 5 star if the sinks are ever made more comfortable!
