I would give 5 stars because my hair colourist is amazing (Negin), but subtracted one star because the hair wash stations are AWFUL. I love getting my hair washed normally but here I dread it. My neck and head get sore then numb and it’s super uncomfortable. I’ve read about how this can even be dangerous (stroke from after salon washes). I’ll change this to 5 star if the sinks are ever made more comfortable!

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by this fantastic hair technician Afsan, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Terrible experience at this salon with Afsan. She doesn't know how to dye hair professionally and completely damaged my hair as if she taught herself instead of receiving proper training. She was also EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful throughout the appointment. The salon needs to be more careful when selecting staff. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

When I ask for a master stylist to cut my hair and they aren’t available for the time I need. I would prefer if they just told me to wait it out until I can get an appointment instead of recommending someone else that’s in training but praising her work and also getting out in a chair in the back with no windows and the guy working behind us is pointing his blow dryer at me chit chatting with his client. Maybe it was an off day but I wish I just waited for a better experience
