I went to Fountain Tire yesterday to have my tires re-torqued, and while there, the technician and I noticed a nail in one of my tires. Unfortunately, the tire couldn’t be repaired and a new one had to be ordered.
I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Milan, who was extremely sympathetic and genuinely wanted to help. Despite the busy winter tire season and time constraints, he went above and beyond to assist me.
A big thank you as well to Vishal, the owner, who was exceptional and even treated me to lunch — and to Daniel, who was very kind and helpful whenever I had questions.
Daniel at Fountain Tire did an amazing job on taking care of my Subaru Wrx. He expressed great appreciation and care for my car.
The mechanic did a very thorough inspection, and Daniel explained in detail as to what my car needed, why, how much, and how long it would take to repair.
The repairs were done properly and done an hour quicker than he said it would!
The complimentary coffee isn't bad, and the showroom is very clean.
I would recommend anyone to come to Fountain Tire!

I had a tire blowout on the highway late at night with my family, super scary experience. We managed to pull over, but I felt totally helpless. Then out of nowhere, Carlos from Fountain Tire stopped and helped us. It was around 9 PM, pitch dark, and he didn’t ask for anything — just helped out of the goodness of his heart.
He quickly assessed everything, stayed calm, and got us through a really stressful moment, completely free of charge. You don’t meet people like that often. Carlos, thank you. You’re the kind of person who makes a company unforgettable
