I’ve worked with this practice for about 2 years now for physio and massage therapy. No matter the healthcare practitioner, each one has been nothing but kind, patient and responsive to my needs. Each team member has listened to me fully and has been empathetic and incredibly knowledgeable in their care.I’ve had many joint issues and I’m so unbelievably grateful for the incredible team here. I thought I wouldn’t be able to run again, however the team here has helped me not only recover but also exceed my physical limitations and expectations.I have recommended this practice to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Excellent team that cares. Their entire staff is amazing. My son is a regular and every appointment is a great and always a professional experience. Would highly recommend their establishment.

I strained my back in a hockey game during the week and needed to address the tenderness and discomfort ahead of a soccer game on Sunday. Met with Kiefer on Saturday for a massage where he utilized various techniques to tend to the issue. He also did an incredible job of explaining the impact of the issue, what he was doing to address it and why. Very impressed. Looking forward to my next session. Top marks!
