our furnace stopped working yesterday. We called reliance and they said the part is not in stock to fix. It was a control board issue and they wanted 2 weeks to fix. We found Lapis heating while calling around and they had the part readily available. They came this morning and fixed it at a reasonable price.

1st Air came in today to install a new furnace and air-conditioner in the middle of one of the worst snow falls of the year. I was very surprised that they honored my appointment and did the install without any complaints. The technicians were all very professional and curtious & cleaned up all the mess afterwards and didn't even dump any trash in my garbage bins outside. Almost as if they weren't even here. I had a great experience all together from first meeting with Robert the consultant to having my units installed by Mehrdad and his team. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to me very thoroughly. Thank you 1st Air.
