I went for my very first reiki session yesterday with Valerie. She found all my areas of concern and I left feeling calmer than I have in quite some time. I also slept like a baby last night!
Valerie is just a lovely soul and I look forward to going back!
My friend and I just visited for the first time.
I have a bad back and deal with pain and inflammation issues and this one session helped me immensely! We were educated before we went into the cave room and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience! Will definitely be coming back to try other experiences.
2 of us went for my wife's birthday. It was a very nice experience, regular salt cave session with guided meditation. We really liked the birthday balloon and chocolate, it was a nice touch. We look forward to going back again!
