Dawn has helped our family in multiple occasions in securing a mortgage for our homes. She is informative, knowledgeable, and responsive in situations that may be very stressful for some. She helped guide us through the application process, explained the jargon in our loan options and helped us weigh out the pros and cons. Dawn ensured each of our closings in the past have gone smooth and has checked in post-closing. She has held our hand in very difficult situations and always ensured we were protected.
