I recently had the pleasure of visiting Medi Spa, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the calming ambiance and friendly staff, which instantly made me feel relaxed.
The variety of treatments available is impressive. What I particularly appreciated was the attention to detail, soothing music, and aromatic scents.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. You expect a certain level of professionalism and care at a med spa, but this place completely missed the mark. The staff was incredibly unprofessional. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere

Nazy is a remarkable human being and her spa services are absolutely divine. As a non-binary trans person I am never sure how I will be received by service providers, especially those working with/on my body. Additionally, as someone constantly on my feet, I’ve always felt very shy (and have had some really awful past experiences) when practitioners have to handle, what I affectionately refer to as, My Hobbit Feet!!
Nazy immediately put me, and my entire group, at absolute ease. She masterfully worked on the 3 of us, in smooth rotation, multi-tasking and staggering our services crafting an experience wherein we all felt equally pampered. She showed genuine interest in who we are and skillfully strived for deep human connection as opposed to the typical surface level spa banter. Nazy is a deeply empathic listener, adding far more therapeutic dimensions to her services than just a mani/pedi with a facial. Nazy is an esthetician, a healer and a friend all-in-one, giving so much value to all she does. Her medí spa space is well organized, well equipped and welcoming. Nazy has truly found her niche and we are delighted to add her to our regular self-care regiment!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this was a very upsetting experience from start to finish.
The pricing for services was not clearly explained beforehand, and I was shocked by the final amount charged. Throughout the appointment, I felt repeatedly pressured into adding extra treatments and upgrades that I had not originally booked.
The “facial” itself was extremely disappointing and did not feel like a proper professional facial treatment. The service felt rushed, uneven, and lacked the level of care and professionalism I expected.
I was also persuaded into receiving a laser treatment without a proper explanation of the procedure, risks, expected outcomes, or informed consent. Following the treatment, I developed a burn/reaction on my neck, which was very concerning.
In addition, I observed hygiene practices that made me uncomfortable, including extractions being performed without gloves.
The pedicure was also done very poorly, leaving my nails jagged, uneven, and unfinished-looking afterward. I took photos documenting the results.
After the appointment, I attempted to resolve my concerns privately and respectfully, but unfortunately no meaningful resolution was offered.
Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable, pressured, overcharged, and disappointed with both the quality and safety of the services provided. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions about pricing, procedures, and hygiene practices before proceeding with treatments here.

I came here for Mothers Day package and so happy with the facial spa experience. Nazy is a role model of beauty and talent. I will come back for sure.

I came here because I bought a groupon. What an experience! Nazy was kind but very pushy. She seemed annoyed that I purchased through groupon and then started to upsell me. I ended up buying a package of 3 laser facials, it seemed to by a good price. She then started to pressure me to buy the groupon package through her, since it was 4x the price I refused.
Everything went downhill when I tried to book my next appts. I had one scheduled, took the afternoon off work, on my way there, she called 20 mins before the appt and told me she had an emergency. Since then I had tried to book but something always happened on her end so I asked for a refund which she refused. I have come to terms of losing my $100 but pls be aware if going or buying a group on from here.
