Great location with lots of quality options for pro-level hair care. The staff are very knowledgeable and really know their colour wheel and capabilities of the carried products. The only downside is you can’t return for refund, only exchange for another product or get a store credit. Other than that, would recommend this location for all your hair needs.

This was my first time coming in to Beauty Supply Outlet and it was like a hidden gem for professional hair products!! They have so many brands and all the shelves are fully stocked. I was looking for the Paul Mitchell Shampoo Two which has been out of stock everywhere else I looked/asked. The girl who helped me (I didn’t catch her name but she was working April 15) was super friendly and sweet and was able to price match the product for me. I’m surprised more people don’t know about this place - I would definitely come here again for the product selection & customer service.

I highly recommend this store for salon quality products! The sales rep named Manav is super knowledgeable and helpful. My hair is much silkier and healthier now. Thank you so much for the recommendations :)
