They should change the receptionist at this location unhelpful, not picking calls how can they help community with this poor service or get a well trained receptionist to do their job right. She sounded like dont want to answer questions. Bad experience overall not recommending to visit here. Receptionist should better learn customer service.

Right on the website it says virtual appointment for the same day. I walked in as I was already downtown, no doctor on site, no virtual appointments for at least 2 days. When you're sick enough to go to a walk-in clinic, it's because you want immediate relief. You don't need relief in 2 days or possibly 3 Days by the time you get your prescription filled. Healthcare in a small town is really really bad. Mickey mouse outfits like this have an opportunity to help improve the situation, but clearly they don't care either.

The current receptionist has to be the most unhelpful person i have had to deal with in the almost 5 years that i have been coming to Telemed Trenton. Always so quick to be unhelpful. Perhaps some customer training would help. On the other hand Leslie the nurse at this location is extremely helpful and caring.
