We've had some very bad experiences here a few times , but recently went for my son's haircut in hopes for a better cut. The lady was excellent this time. I wish I grabbed her name, she was friendly and seemed way more knowledgeable in what she was doing as opossed to what weve witnessed in the past. I will say, they do chat over coffee A LOT while making customers wait. Might be their break time, or shift changes...but it's a bad look.

I have only been 2 times the 1st lady was amazing and quick the 2nd was alittle snotty and not good at conversation and slow. She may have been new I am not sure....but is the cheapest around.

I don’t typically go to First Choice as they definitely don’t have the best reputation. However, I went on a whim yesterday and I could not be happier with the result! I unfortunately didn’t get my hairdressers name, but she was so lovely right from the beginning. I let her know I was nervous about my choice of cut (going from long hair to a short cut) and that it needed to be done quick and painlessly. She accepted the challenge and seriously did amazing! In a world where all we hear are bad things, I needed to leave this review to let her know she is amazing! I will definitely be back because of her :)
