We highly recommend this company! We had a problem with our Amana Central Air Conditioner, the compressor stopped working. We called at 9am and they were here by noon the same day June 5/26. He knew exactly what the problem, a small part had to be replaced. It was fixed within 30 minutes. They had been here before for a more complex problem with our hot water heater and fixed the issue. The intake process over the phone was polite, professional, and efficient, and the office staff provided timely callbacks. We were able to book a fireplace inspection within a day. The technician was clearly very experienced and extremely knowledgeable and quickly pinpointed the problem. He explained the issue clearly, ordered the required parts, and had our fireplace up and running again in a very short timeframe.
