Finding a contractor was honestly the worst part of this whole process. We met with so many sketchy or unsure people that we were this close to giving up. In 2015 I hired Zaza Contracting to install new shingles and eavestroughs and they did an exceptional job. Just recently, I had a concern about the roof and contacted Fred. The very same day, Fred sent a professional to assess the roof and he quickly put my mind at ease. They both went above and beyond by responding so quickly and they didn't even charge me for the visit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and would definitely work with them again!
The professionalism of ZAZA'S was amazing, Fred and Andrew & team provided outstanding help and support. They were prompt and thorough in explaining what had to be done and responding to all questions and concerns. The work encompassed major restoration of our home's exterior brickwork on all outside areas (replacement of all mortar and bricks where necessary, achieving exact matching etc).
