This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from Oscar and Yorkdale ford. My first experience was such a pleasure that I didn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle with Yorkdale and Oscar.

I went in to have a look at some new models and Oscar came to greet me, and let me know he was there to answer any questions but wasn't pushy, he gave me space to look around. I did end up asking him about a couple of vehicles and he was able to answer everything clearly. Super courteous and professional (and also really funny). I generally hate the sales experience in any industry, but Oscar was excellent. The other staff I passed on the floor were also kind. I wasn't prepared to make a final decision that day but I'll definitely be back here.
