This guy is the absolute best! He just saved my Louis Vuitton purse I thought I ruined in 5 minutes, one that several other leather repair places told me was ruined and needed strap replacement. He’s helped me in the past as well - very prompt service, and service with a smile. Additionally, he is very informative. Cannot recommend highly enough!
