I have been going in for several weeks after a Dr.'s diagnosis of sciatica affecting my hip. Zac more accurately diagnosed Piriformis Syndrome (textbook) and commenced treatment. I am much more comfortable now and able to walk up and down stairs with ease, as well as able to sleep through the night without the pain waking me. It's a lovely, peaceful, environment and the treatment has been effective for me. Working on other muscular issues, now.
