Our 80lb rescue dog had a great experience here. He's been anxious in grooming environments before, but he had a totally different reaction here... He clearly had a great time! The 'cage free' environment definitely helped him settle in to the experience, and the groomers are super friendly and so sweet with their clients. They even do a cute little grooming report card, so you can get an update on how your pet did... So fun! I really appreciate the various different add-ons they offer, esp the nail trimming/anal gland expression. They also do cat grooming, which is hard to find in the city. We'll definitely be back.

This is the best dog grooming place in Toronto. Great selection of unique products. Staff were friendly and helpful. They did an awesome job and my puppy was happy! Highly recommend this place to every pet owner, you won't be disappointed!

I have been taking my dog Penny to Wagsup for a while now but when she had back surgery for an injury I was worried about the special care she would need for her grooming. I reached out to Wagsup and they went above and beyond to accomodate her needs and make sure Penny was not standing too long and lifting her with special care. They did a great job, and put my mind at ease! Excellent customer service :)
