I am thrilled with this place. Iryna is an amazing hair stylist- very skilled and detail oriented. She gave me the most wonderful haircut. Her technique was impeccable- you can tell that she really cares about her craft because she is very focused, not in a rush, and takes her time with details. Unlike other hair stylists I've encountered in the past, she was very gentle and didn't pull my hair at all. She was very positive and listened carefully to my request and exceeded my expectations. I am looking forward to coming back again ❤️

I booked a tape extension removal and re-application at this salon. I had never been here before and just booked this one because it popped up on my Google search. The receptionist was very accommodating to my schedule and he was able to get me in two days earlier than my initially scheduled appointment because they had some last-minute cancellations.The person doing my tape-in hair extensions was named Maya. Maya has a kind, easy going, and down-to-earth energy. She really listened to my concerns about my previous extension application which was done by someone at a different salon downtown. The entire team is very professional and absolutely awesome to work with. I walked in impromptu on a weekday and Mike managed to fit me in for a balayage the same day. Maya did an amazing job. I had grown out my highlights for a year and my hair was a mess. My previous color job was not something I was happy with and I walked into Verb being very apprehensive about the whole process. I am so glad I took a chance on them. Maya understood my hair ( dark, thick and curly ) and recommended the best color palate and style. At no point did I feel rushed.
