I’ve been going to Urban Nails for years and have always experienced exceptional service. The staff there are incredibly talented. What’s more I feel like I’m family because of how welcoming they are. Duncan greets us with a warm smile and a few jokes. Now my daughter and I go together for mother daughter time. Mary, Linda and Thi take such good care of us. Thi does an excellent job of eyelash extensions too. I’ve run into friends and colleagues there. I guess other people refer them as much as I do. Do yourself a favour. Go there once and you’ll be a fan.

I’ve been coming here for years just because it’s the best nail salon in my neighbourhood but lately I’ve been coming much more frequently because I have to keep my nails looking nice for my job and I highly recommend booking with Aiden! I’ve been booking with him regularly for a while now and not only have I never been disappointed, but my nails have always turned out even better than I expected. He’s so attentive and if you’re indecisive like I am he will help you figure out what to get. I was first brought to Urban Nails by my mom, and I’ve been going ever since — years later, I still wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Mary is an absolute delight and consistently does such a beautiful job. I always leave feeling so happy with my nails. The whole experience is just easy and welcoming from the moment you walk in.
It’s definitely not a “hidden gem” given all the awards they’ve won, but it still deserves to be said: they’re that good. Consistent, warm, and truly worth the hype. Go there, or don’t. It’s worth the hype.
