Our Basset Hound Muffin is always ecstatic first when she understands she will go to daycare and second when she actually arrives at daycare! It's always so enjoyable to see her so happy at the beginning of the day and so tired at the end of it: we can tell she had the best day! Thank you for taking such good care of our dogs Urban Bark!
Edit: Just to add to it, Muffin stayed at boarding a full 4 days with Lara and she was over the moon. We had regular pictures, videos and messages on how Muffin was doing. Previously she stayed for a full week with Sam and same as above. Nothing better than to see your dog is very well taken care... read full review

Urban Bark is hands-down the best decision we’ve ever made for our dog. From boarding to daycare to grooming, every single experience has been exceptional. Our dog comes home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for—honestly, sometimes it feels like she’s been on a little vacation of her own.
The staff are truly outstanding: incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely responsible. You can tell they don’t just work with dogs—they care deeply about them. Communication is excellent, routines are followed carefully, and we always feel complete peace of mind knowing our dog is in safe, capable hands.
