I can't speak to hairdressers here (who I'm sure are also wonderful), but I can say that the folks I spoke with were incredibly kind and knowledgeable.I popped in yesterday to re-up on a product I use for dry hair in the winter. I ended up speaking with Georgia (the manager) and she was so helpful. I ended up leaving with a different product than I was initially looking for, but I am beyond happy with it! She offered me samples so I could see if I liked the consistency, smell, and the feeling of it in my hair. She absolutely nailed it. Xiao is incredibly talented and professional and knew exactly what my hair needed! I have curly hair and I’m always a little apprehensive to get it cut, but the length and style is perfect! I am thrilled with the result and could not have imagined a better balayage!The salon is beautiful, welcoming, and overall a lovely place to be. I love this salon - they always have a great vibe & the staff are super friendly. My hairstylist Valentina always takes the time to listen and has an excellent sense of what will look good on me. Highly recommend!!
