Paul took great care in helping with a shoulder problem which turned out to be a few different issues. His treatments sorted things out very quickly and I’m pain free. I’ll go back to Paul for any future physio that I might need!

Helpful reception staff, on time, one-on-one appointments with lots of treatment options, and also a customized portal for at-home exercises, which empowered and accelerated my recovery.

I’ve had multiple sessions with Paul over ongoing lower back/hip pain. Paul was great and did a very thorough assessment. Through dry needling and at-home stretches, it’s made a big difference. The facilities are great and the admin staff are also very friendly and helpful!
