My first visit was to get a 3rd party battery put in my iPhone. That took a while, but was successful! At the same time my screen protector was replaced. The costs were reasonable and the work was the best. I returned because the right button stopped working after I dropped the phone. The options were limited - either expensive or replacement or the faster, cheaper alternative which didn’t require a lot of labour! I visited a few more times to get help with technical issues; they were handled with aplomb and speed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Toronto Computers for their expertise and customer service.

Came here for a simple emergency with my phone, he needed a few days to fix it but he and his clerk were very helpful. Many weeks later I returned for something unrelated and they were aware of an issue from the previous job, fixed it on the spot for me.
The tech may “trip over his own feet” rushing to help you but overall a great experience.

The guy on the counter is very helpful but their system doesn’t allow refunds to go back to credit cards. So, they refund you back with cash, which I found annoying since I used a company credit cards and needed to explain the refund in cash with hideous paperwork.
