Asked for a wash cut and style. The stylist says to me it costs too much.
And she didn’t want to style my hair only cut it.

I needed a style along with the cut.

Very disappointed. This place is not the same from the last time I went there a few years ago.

For some reason the hairdresser didn't like me looking at her while she blow dried my hair so she turned the chair so I was facing away from the mirror. I'm not a weird person, I'm a 87 year old lady with white hair. she didn't do that to the lady she worked on ahead of me. i won't go back there. she made me feel bad. :

Salon was very rushed. Very disorganized. As a paying customer seated in the Chair, I felt it was very rude of the Stylist to attempt to control the conversation. The cut and color was acceptable and after all that's why I went.
