I had haircut with a russian stylist named Oleg; his job was perfect, 5 star. Haircut was very clean but he doesn't talk much and not very friendly, I tried to open conversation about daily weather, economy,... and even russian politics and still he didn't talk😅.
I also had haircut with Mariana, her job is 4 star but super friendly so I overall gave 5 star.
Store is usually open when others are closed which is a huge plus for me.
To be detailed and honest: the barber with the round glasses looked at the photo of what I wanted and, to his credit, admitted he couldn’t do it and referred me to Marina. She did a good job—the style itself was fairly simple. After two days, I went back to fix a few details she had missed, and she apologized and corrected everything with a great attitude, free of charge.
Overall, my personal experience was good. I just wish they maintained a higher level of hygiene and sanitized scissors and brushes after each customer. That said, considering the price and my experience with Marina, I was happy with the result.
Have been going to this location for what seems like ages now. Everyone is so helpful and a master of their craft. Major shoutout to Marina for being patient with my son and it was our first "fuss free" haircut. She was an absolute delight to work with, working her magic through and so encouraging towards him.
