I called from Vancouver on Sun Dec 22 and the Christmas plant I ordered was delivered that afternoon (within hours of the call). Put in a beautiful pot as well. Completely complimentary to the plant. Great service and so helpful on the phone. I wanted a small local owned business close to my daughter. I will use them again. So appreciated the whole interaction.
