I’ve gone here a number of times over years for alterations/repairs. She is excellent at what she does, friendly and her prices are very reasonable. I would give her 6/5 or more if possible. Highly recommend!!
I have had 2 experiences with this store. The first was alterations which turned out quite good - had to come back a few times as my order was not ready. My second experience was with a comforter which was not ready when I was told it would be -- one week...so it took a bit longer...but it has been returned with a dryer scorch mark and flat -- as it was not dried properly. I will be taking it somewhere else to have it done right. I now would only bring alterations and not my dry cleaning here.
She has done a good job when hemming my pants. Price is no longer $7 + tax but there is no set price so ask first just in case. Seems a bit unorganized and I have been in a few times where my pants weren't ready on time.
