Dinah cancelled my appointment and sent me a rude text telling me she would not see me because I rescheduled too many times.I did change my appointment in the automated booking system about 6 times due to an unusually fluctuating travel schedule but always did so a few days in advance of the appointment (sometimes 2 weeks before) with the intention of being courteous to both the service provider and other clients.There is no policy or even statement listed anywhere on the website or booking system about limiting online rescheduling so imagine my surprise at getting a passive aggressive text from a stranger for doing so. Oh well, better off this way clearly.

Dina is so lovely! She did a thorough check to see if I was allergic to the eyelash glue and since I was we did a lash perm and tint instead. It's one of the best I've ever had! She knows her stuff. She makes the time flew by with great conversation.
