I called mark right away when my basement flooded in my business. His team urgently came and removed all my personal belongings and cleaned out the water. His team was professional and kind, and answered all my questions. He was able to hold my belongings until my landlord got my basement renovated , which i am really grateful for . My place was flooded,and I am on Ontario disability and cannot work,and my tenant insurance was really crappy,as I didn't know what I was doing!I have daily chronic pain,wich I have to take very heavy pain meds to cope!I also have a neurological disorder,wich causes ky neuro transmitters to not function properly,and therefore,information doesn't register properly!So as a result,I had a very high deductible,wich I could never pay!Mark did my place,boxed and stored all my things for ten months for free.....That's right,you read correct!FREE!!!When I moved back in he also had my things delivered back to me for free,and paid his guys by the hour,thus costing him almost 1000...read full review
Mark and his team were prompt and timely, came shortly after we called to assess our water damage. He was super helpful guiding us through the process with the insurance company. Highly recommend.
