Zero stars, would not come here again. I took one pair of pants here for a simple hem which took over 2 weeks to be completed. When I went on the scheduled pickup date, they were not ready and I was told to come back the next day. This repeated a few times during which nobody knew when my item may be ready nor was the location of my item even known. Not pleased with this service and will not return, I would not recommend anyone use this service. This was also greatly overpriced to hem one pair of pants, especially considering the timeline and that they outsource this job to a factory.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE- $40 for two pants hemming and a whole lot of frustration.

It took nearly 5 weeks to get two pairs of pants back, for a hemming job. Took 5 visits to the store, a phone call to the manager and 3 calls that he ignored. I had gone there in the past and didn't have any issues, but I will never go back after this very frustrating experience. This person shouldn't be running a business, putting his staff on the line to get shouted at, as the female employee told me she regularly experiences. The pants came back with white markings where the hem is folded. The employee offered me complimentary dry cleaning but there was no way I'd be leaving my pants...read full review

Not cheerfrl service and cleaning was non-existent. They might have taken some of the animal hair off and left stains on the skirt. Even when I showed the lady, she just looked at me and said it musts be a deep stain. I rubbed it off with my finger nail. Then then found another one! $20 later, the skirt smelled odd. Don't go there. Also expensive!!
